We train agility, change of direction and explosiveness so athletes can efficiently get to their desired space.

Visual/cognitive processing speed

The ability to see and process quickly what’s happening in an athletes surroundings so they can take a physical action.

To train this system we incorporate multiple visual motor strategies including NeuroTracker which is used in pro sports world wide.

Our program is designed specifically for growing athletes, with a focus on:

The key to our program is our multilevel movement screen from testing isolated joint function to integrated/functional sports specific movements. We also add another layer of evaluation with VALD’s strength and power testing equipment.

This allows for a customized performance program for the athlete and by comparing the ongoing data it assures that the proper improvements are occurring.

Neuromechanics

The assessment and training of the athlete’s nervous and biomechanical systems, combining principles of neuromechanics to optimize movement efficiency, coordination, and performance under pressure.
